Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel a charge?

Contact billing@phonesexai.com within 48 hours of the charge. Please include the date and amount. Note that completed sessions are non-refundable per our Terms of Service.

How do I remove my saved card?

Email billing@phonesexai.com with your request. We will delete your payment token within 5 business days and confirm by email.

Is my conversation private?

Yes. We do not record or store voice conversations. Audio is processed in real-time and discarded at the end of each session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What appears on my bank statement?

Charges will appear as a discreet descriptor on your statement. Contact billing@phonesexai.com if you need specific information about a charge.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email privacy@phonesexai.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.

The call didn't work — will I be charged?

You are only charged for completed sessions. If a technical issue prevented your session from starting, contact support@phonesexai.com and we will investigate.
