We do not store recordings of voice conversations. Audio is processed in real-time and not retained after the session ends.

4. Payment Data

• Payment processors necessary to complete transactions
• AI voice service providers (ElevenLabs) for call processing — no personal data is shared, only audio streams

We retain billing records for the period required by applicable law (typically 7 years). Session metadata is retained for 90 days for fraud prevention purposes. Payment tokens are deleted upon your request or upon account closure.
