By accessing or using PhoneSexAI ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

PhoneSexAI provides AI-powered adult voice entertainment for consenting adults. The Service is intended solely for entertainment purposes. All personas, characters, and voices are artificial intelligence constructs and do not represent real individuals.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we have reason to believe you are under 18.

4. Billing and Payments

The Service offers a free trial period followed by paid sessions. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you request. All charges are clearly displayed before processing.

• Free trial: 2 minutes at no charge
• Paid sessions: 10 € per 10 minutes
• Charges are processed at the time of your request
• All sales are final. No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

5. Card Storage

With your explicit consent, we may store a tokenized reference to your payment method to facilitate future transactions. No full card numbers are stored on our servers. You may request removal of your payment information at any time by contacting us at support@phonesexai.com.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempt to circumvent billing or access controls
• Record, redistribute, or publish any content from the Service without written consent
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where such content is illegal
• Harass, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the AI system

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, personas, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of PhoneSexAI and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhoneSexAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
